RegistrationThe registration fee is 8,500 CZK (350 EUR) per participant.
The fee includes access to the EAN 2026 conference, publication of one paper in the conference proceedings, an extended abstract in the printed proceedings, refreshments, meals, and accompanying social events.
The registration fee for an accompanying person is 3,500 CZK (145 EUR).
This fee covers participation of the accompanying person in the conference, meals, and accompanying social events..

Participants may contribute to the
conference either by oral presentation or poster presentation.
Extended abstract for both types of contributions, authors are expected to submit a two-page
extended abstract. A printed, full-colour version of the extended abstracts
will be available to participants at the beginning of the conference.
Full paper Authors may also submit a full paper with a maximum length of 8 pages. All full
papers will undergo peer review and will be published in the electronic
conference proceedings. Papers must be written in English. The organizers will
make every effort to ensure that the proceedings are indexed in the SCOPUS
database.

We kindly ask authors to submit their files in both .docx and .pdf formats. If
you are using LaTeX, please submit both the .pdf and .tex files. Conference Languages The official conference languages are Czech, Slovak, and English.
Young Scientists Competition The conference will include a Young Scientists Competition for
participants up to 35 years of age. The competition is open to oral and
poster presentations. Awards will be given for the best presented paper and
poster. The winners will receive financial awards from the Czech Society for
Mechanics and Brno University of Technology.
